welcome to our third newsletter!
The fall has been busy for us: Tanja has been running a large unconference for a Finnish research program in Helsinki while Martin has been wrapping up work with Nenásilná komunikace group in Brno in the Czech Republic.
We have been meeting with colleagues and clients and attending conferences to spread our message of purposeful collaboration and to explore where and how we can make ourselves useful.
Martin has been traveling as an Holacracy Agent, explaining and demonstrating the possibilities of the Holacracy Operating System to organisations and interested individuals. Tanja has been teaching Permaculture and hosting an event for Finnish Facilitators.

We are still struggling to find a name for our work together. For the time being, we are calling ourselves "Röll & Korvenmaa" (after some experimentation) but would like to move to a name that allows more people to join our partnership and that expresses better what we do. If you have any thoughts, ideas or even name suggestions, we will be happy to hear them!
Martin is currently drafting up a model for financial investment in our company - if you'd like to be involved in the early stages already, please drop him a line! (martin@roell.net)
We are very interested in collaborating with colleagues or exploring recommendations to potential new clients at the moment.
We can help with:
- Improving meeting processes: we observe work meetings, give feedback and make suggestions on how to make them more effective, more pleasant, more impactful.
- hosting large group events, working on important business problems, coming up with creative solutions, developing and improving collaboration in groups, resolving conflict. These work as meaningful teambuilding events or in the context of strategy development, too.
- building and evolving organisational structure, both in established and in newly forming organisations.

In our individual capacities, Martin is available again as a sales consultant and coach and Tanja is available for personal coaching, online or in Finland.
Martin is based in Dresden, Germany now, having just moved to a new home only 200m away from the river. Tanja continues to be based in Tampere in Finland.
Tanja will in Finland until the end of the year, then in Bremen and Dresden at the beginning of January. Martin will be in Cologne this week, then in Luxembourg and also back in Dresden in early January. We plan to be in Finland together from February 5th to the 22nd and expect to be back in Utrecht, the Netherlands in March or April 2014. Do get in touch if you'd like to meet!
