2013 is fast coming to an end. Nineteen students came and built guitars with me this year and a dozen students came and took my classical or steel string voicing classes! I taught 20 students during a week long course in Brazil and also lectured at The Universidade Federal de Paraná on the subject of lutherie while there.  I have made a quick video highlighting the happenings at O'Brien Guitars this year and it includes a photo montage of all the students that came through my shop this year.  Next year's classes are filling fast with students coming from as far away as Brazil, Italy, Canada and Germany! If you ever wanted to build your own guitar then contact me to check class availability for 2014.
