Congratulations, GTS Student of the Month, Tyler Ford!
Tyler's dedication to his craft, positive attitude, willingness to help his instruction team and fellow students at any time, and overall work ethic and welding skill make him Georgia Trade School's December Student of the Month. Great job, Tyler!
Build Your Navy!
Georgia Trade School was honored to host a delegation from our signature employment partner, Huntington Ingalls Industries, on Dec. 5th. Four students tested and received job offers! Read all about it in the Marietta Daily Journal (link below).
One of our most important values is giving back to the community. The Atlanta Community Food Bank is one of the leading food banks in the United States. On Dec. 12th, Georgia Trade School students and staff toured their facility, and in 2014 our welders will complete charity projects repairing their warehouse equipment. Check out the great work that the ACFB does and volunteer opportunities at www.acfb.org.
