My Newsletters have been very remiss in the last year. Today . A year ago on this day I put the finishing touches to a song called 'Goodbye to Forever' with 2 musicians, Garry and Andy who I had really only met the day before at a song writing retreat in Monnow Valley Studios in Wales. I knew it was a really special song, and wrote an email to a friend saying it would change my life forever...Now the album with 3 Bucket Jones is finished and for sale in my beautiful cyber shop.It is very vocally (that's me) - Jeremy says it sounds like a mix of Peter Gabriel and Enya..... mixed with a fine list of acoustic instruments, including hurry gurdy, dulcimer, ukelele played by Andy, and old fashioned keyboards, like Hammond Organ and Wurlitzer and sythns played by Garry, who also mixed it.
It has take a lot of my creative attention this year and it has been a a multitudinous whirlwind.
I have arranged two of the songs from the album for my first love...ACAPELLA CHOIRS, and the Thumping Chorus and the Guildhall Singers Weekend Choir sang 'All at Sea' track 7 of the album, and the Bishopsgate Singers sang 'Another Rainbow Day' the third track on the album.

OTHER STUFF I DID
Andy from 3 Bucket Jones and I have also been writing and making music together and have just finished 3 commissioned songs for Sing Up for Faber Publishing - songs for primary school children. 2 songs about internet safety for the Sing Up magazine next year and another for the Sing Up Big Sing Day in March 2015.
It looks like Sing Pop Acapella book 3 -Novello is going to come out, and Voiceworks Community for Oxford University Press is looking at a July 2015 publishing date.
