Property Town Hall Meetings

Annual Meeting

Join us on January 25 for the 2014 Annual Council Meeting where our council delegates will elect the new board members and, this year, delegates for the National Convention! This event is free and simulcasted to several convenient locations. Find one that works best for you!

New "Add-a-Friend" Patch

You can earn a patch for registering a friend into the Girl Scout family. The patch holds up to 3 "new girl" charms. The patch will be free to each girl and adult, the charms can be purchased in your area shop.
 

Recognize Hard Working Volunteers!

If you would like to honor a particularly hard working Girl Scout Volunteer -  now is your chance. Forms are due to council offices by Friday, February 14, 2014. You can find nomination forms at www.gs-top.org/care
 


World Thinking Day

World Thinking Day is February 22. Check to see if your service unit will be hosting an event. Visit the website for ideas on how to bring global traditions to your girls.

Fun Stuff Coming Up in the Fort Worth Area:

1. Your girls can be Program Aides- Day/Twilight camps are coming!
Have Cadettes who would like to have a blast this summer and attend Day/Twilight camp for FREE? Make sure they do these three steps:
  • Complete one  LiA (leader in action)- Cadettes only
  • Take a Program Aide council training
  • Sign up to attend Day/Twilight camp as a Program Aide.

2. Cowboys Stadium Events: Be on the Look Out!  
The AT& T Stadium and Dallas Cowboys have some fantastic programs coming up for Girl Scouts this spring and summer.  Dates are being finalized, but expect to see them on the GS-TOP website by early February!
 
 

Reminder to all service units: If you plan to have a World Thinking day event, please remember to send your service unit event applications into your Program Specialist as soon as possible.
