Mandela: It’s Like Christ Died And They’re Already Auctioning Off His Body To The Highest Bidder

In this Reuters article, the authors provide insight into how both the Mandela family and politicians are in a battle over ‘Brand Mandela’.  From political posters to bottles of wine and kitchen aprons, the face and name of Nelson Mandela are a potent commercial and political brand in South Africa.

Allen David Reed's insight:
----------------------------------
I wanted to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela and what he has done for BEINGHOOD on the planet, but wasn’t sure which article to scoop for this issue of The Beinghood Times, until I saw this one and knew I’d have a field day tearing it apart... This article demonstrates the range of consciousness and Worldviews on our planet being played out from individuals through to whole nations. The result can be somewhat appalling at times.

First, let me honor the greatness that was Nelson Mandela - a true Beacon of BEINGHOOD. A man who started his life as a stand for justice and liberation against the oppression over his people, which would seem reasonable enough to any sane person, given that the human spirit yearns to be free. However, the largely white ‘World Order’ that has grown fat and rich enslaving the ‘battery power’ of the masses demonizes as a “terrorist” anyone who opposes its dominance, largely because anyone in any country who opposes ‘The Matrix’ is a threat to its authoritarian hegemony. (This is the perspective that we call the ‘Dominance-Based (Blue) Worldview.’) So the authorities in South Africa put Mandela in prison to get him out of circulation and see if ‘doing time’ might reform his errant ways.

Well, no, you can’t reform Love, and empires the world over since the beginning of time have tried… (Damn, they must hate that!)

Yet during his 27 long years in prison Nelson Mandela, who initially was coming from the Heart-centered values of community and social justice (a perspective we call the ‘Nature-Based (Green) Worldview’) evolved even further into the values of reconciliation and harmony (a perspective that we call the ‘Coherence-Based (Yellow) Worldview’). Mandela thus worked hard in prison to bring both the inmates and the wardens together, despite their differences. He got out of prison firmly anchored in the Yellow Worldview as a peacemaker filled with compassion rather than vengeance. As such, he managed to avoid the predicted bloodbath when the black majority took power, unified a nation that was bitterly racially divided and left his mark as a true leader of history.

In fact, from what I can see, Nelson Mandela is perhaps one of the only leaders in modern history who has risen to guide a people from an expanded Yellow consciousness of love, reconciliation and harmony. Most people who we think are ‘leaders’ are actually just puppets under The Matrix who never really get beyond fear to love. We have at the most expanded of these, a small group of innovative, progress-based, technology-worshipping politicians holding what we call the ‘Logic-Based (Orange) Worldview’ (people such as Obama, Clinton and Gore). However, the majority of ‘leaders’ of the past century have been coming from the even more limited traditional, authoritarian, hierarchical perspective that we call the ‘Dominance-Based (Blue) Worldview’ (such as Thatcher, Roosevelt, Churchill, and more recently George Bush Sr., Kim Jong Un, David Cameron and Tony Abbott). Of course, then there are the many power-hungry cowboys like Stalin and Pol Pot, and in the USA George Bush Jr. who play their power games from what we call the ‘Ego-Based (Red) Worldview’... but I’m digressing.

Now as this great man Nelson Mandela passes, we are finding out the rest of the story – how the mice will play once the enlightened cat has gone away. As this article demonstrates, we have the Mandela family on one side, mostly still in the tribal mentality of Red, looking to claim him as ‘theirs’ in order to cash in on this great man’s legacy by selling T-shirts and figurines. And on the other side, we have the political theatre of the Blue government scrambling for ‘Brand Mandela’ to bolster its power base and its mind control of the masses. We see this kind of power scramble time and time again when the less awake take up the reigns after an enlightened Being passes. This is why civilizations always cycle into collapse after great enigmatic leaders pass on and why religious teachings get distorted and watered down after their original awakened masters pass away.

When those of the more limited Worldviews seek to claim ‘ownership’ of the vacuum left by Mr. Mandela, they pervert the Sacred into the profane. All this proves how ‘Branding’ is such a profane art - turning a person's life and legacy into a commodity to be sold on a shelf. Or are we as humans the profane ones and this branding profanity just a reflection of our collective consciousness?

Nelson Mandela As A Mirror To The Hypocrisy Of The ‘Free World’ Led By The US

This group of articles, one from Salon, one from Huffington Post and one from Rawstory, all give a picture of how morality - especially with regards to Apartheid and Nelson Mandela - are all reflections of one’s Worldview.

Allen David Reed's insight:
----------------------------------
I’m including this second insight on the life of Nelson Mandela not as much from his great leadership and the vacuum that has now caused, but from the other side of the coin - the threat he and the oppressed people of South Africa created in the worldview of many in the free world. It shows us one example of why we are in the mess we are in on the planet. Everyone is ‘right’ and ‘moral’ from their own worldview, it just so happens that they clash all the time! It’s like a rugby ‘scrum’; the winning worldview is the one that either through brute force muscles the opposition to submission (which is the standard Red/Blue ‘ego dominance’ approach of a military-industrial complex); or you ‘outsmart’ them (using Orange ‘mind control’ propaganda technologies employed by the illuminati); or you, as the rare example Nelson Mandela offered, find the common denominator of harmony and love to bring about a lasting peace and unity.

So what is the difference here? One kind of ‘freedom’ needs an enemy to play out the ‘Big Lie’ against, while the other is the true freedom our collective Hearts yearn for. Republicans sitting in opposition to Democrats fighting phantasms they create as ‘terrorists’ model the former while Mr. Mandela modeled the latter.

Many profit handsomely from generating fear and division in the name of ‘freedom’, as ex US Vice President Dick Cheney models, along with his republican business cohorts. But it is the height of hypocrisy to claim you are all about freedom only to suppress the freedom of others because you fear their freedom will take away your freedom, but you fight for the freedom of ‘all people’, except some. Circular logic is a bit crazy making when you think about it too much.

But you can’t sell bombs and guns to two sides that are united. How can we continue to grow the economy and make jobs and profits for our kid’s college education? It goes against the ‘divide and conquer’ agenda! Thus we have the challenge of healing our planet to becoming The Beinghood.

Google, Microsoft And Others Invoke The US Constitution To Help Protect Their Brand

This New York Times article discusses how eight major companies, led by Google and Microsoft, are calling for tighter controls on surveillance of their customers’ data by governments worldwide.

Allen David Reed's insight:
----------------------------------
Wow, this is interesting. Without even trying, a theme is emerging in much of the reporting we read lately. It has to do with brands and branding, and protecting or defending your brand image. Such is the product of our disconnected world. From world leaders to world corporations, everyone is image conscious about their brand. When I was younger I was told that to be so image conscious was known as narcissism. In our modern world of fashion and trends, where narcissism seems to be the underlying Terrain driving everything, something else emerges - money. Uh, but wait, wasn’t it already there before any of this?

Is the tech (Orange) world now saying no more to the dominance agenda of the institutional (Blue) world because the rest of the world from all walks of life is a bit over its control and snooping in our lives? I’d love to know for sure, however this does look like a positive signal. And why the sudden altruism? Not because the titans of Orange had a sudden awakening or near-death experience or anything. No, much simpler than that. No one trusts their US-based businesses anymore. And because they - their brand image - are all built on trust, this is becoming a big problem that is growing daily as Snowden’s leaks of their complicity with the NSA and US government keep trickling out.

For you armchair adepts keeping score who are reading this, it just goes to show how perfectly Infinite Consciousness (who often takes the disguise of Murphy’s Law) has our stage play here on earth well in hand. A bit comforting really.

Just When The Scarcity Doomsayers Claim We Are Running Out Of Resources, Something Else Emerges From Our Infinite Imagination

This article, which originally appeared in Natural World News, looks at how the NIST (National Institute Of Standards and Technology) have developed a workable substrate to bring the new super material Graphene’s promise one step closer to reality.

Allen David Reed's insight:
----------------------------------
There is so much here to talk about. You can read the original article to learn what this amazing new Graphene material is. Just letting the world know of a remarkable new material is news enough, yet what I am even more excited about is the evidence it offers us to get out of our collective stress-head victim consciousness over resource depletion and scarcity and begin to relax into our infinite imagination.

Most people think we are past peak oil, only to find the Earth refilling old wells. Similarly, many people think resources such as copper are running out, only to find our imaginations can create an entire new material superior to copper and many other metals with the most abundant element on earth - carbon.

In contrast to the limited, resource-scarce, Fear-Based mentality of the majority of the planet’s Worldviews, from our perspective of BEINGHOOD, which is the infinite and unlimited abundance of our universe, a watershed moment is achieved in proving that the only limitation is imagination and awareness. It is all a matter of your relationship to the whole of it!

We will never run out of anything, unless we cause a species to become extinct... but that is something different. That is just our erroneous understanding and poor relationship with life. Actually, even deeper, because we are life - there is no separation here - species extinction simply demonstrates how poor a relationship we have with our Self.
