Flashing Yellow Arrow Project
A project is underway to retrofit 59 more signalized intersections throughout St. Peters with flashing yellow arrow traffic signals. The Flashing Yellow Arrow Traffic Signal Conversion Project aims to reduce travel delays and vehicle emissions while increasing safety at intersections.

Yard Waste Pickup Suspended Jan. 15-March 3
Yard waste collection in St. Peters will be suspended on Jan. 15, 2014, for annual vehicle maintenance and repair. Citywide yard waste pickup will resume on March 3, 2014. In the meantime, the City's Earth Centre will continue to accept yard waste during this suspension period. Resident Privilege Cards are required to drop off items at this site.
Residents having special yard waste needs during the suspended weeks should call 636.970.1456 to make special pickup arrangements.
New Yard Waste Program Begins in 2014
The City of St. Peters is rolling out a new yard waste program to reduce costs for our residents and ensure that our services fees continue to be the lowest in St. Charles County.

St. Peters Tree Chosen for Governor’s Mansion
A couple from St. Peters donated their beautiful spruce tree to the Missouri Department of Conservation in order to decorate the lawn of the Governor’s mansion over the holiday season. Floetta and Jose Carrera’s 36-foot-tall Colorado spruce was chosen after a statewide search.
