The vehicles we have created are already driving social change in 65 countries, where our ever growing network of local Green Mapmakers make it easy for everyone to experience sustainability first hand. Being ‘on the map’ is a great honor for the thousands of beneficial sites, and a mark of shame for the hazardous sites. Every Green Map expressively indicates local points of action and great models that make each hometown a better place.

In 2014, with your support, we will roll out much-needed tools, such as our new mobile Site Collector, which will be transformative. The Site Collector is incredibly important to keeping Open Green Maps accurate, comprehensive and fun to make!

There’s more in the works: New video tutorials, a local food mapping resource for teens and a new approach to collaborative and creative community mapping.
