HUD has released the FY 2014 Median Family Income estimates and FY 2014 Income Limits. The FY 2014 Income Limits are effective as of December 18, 2013. View income limits for the following programs:

• FY 2014 Section 8, Section 221(d)(3)  Below Market Interest Rate (BMIR), Section 235 and Section 236 Income Limits

  Applicable to Brownfield Economic Development Initiative (BEDI), Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), CDBG Disaster Recovery Assistance Program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program, and Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program

• FY 2014 Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)  Income Limits

FY 2014 HOME Program Rent and Income Limits will be issued together in the near future. Therefore, PJs must continue to use the 2013 HOME Rent Limits and 2013 Income Limits until HUD issues the 2014 HOME Rent and Income Limits.

Note that the CPD Income Calculator does not reflect the FY 2014 income limits yet. HUD will send a mailing list message when the income limits are updated in the Income Calculator. In the meantime, you should use the relevant income limits listed above to complete income certifications.
