HSICF is Building a School
for the children living in the Baolong Village located in Cambodia
The Han-Schneider International Children's Foundation is taking on a unique project this year focused on education. We believe that a start to an early education will provide several benefits to a child's development and health thus increasing their opportunity for a prosperous future. For the first time in Cambodia, HSICF will be building a pre-school for the children residing in the Baolong Village.
The foundation has already acquired a 32ft x 46ft (1472 sq. ft) plot of land which will include a bathroom, office, kitchen and main classroom. The facility will also be equipped with clean running water that will allow the children access to drinking water and proper sanitation practices, something that nearly 50 percent of rural Cambodians do not have access to, therefore decreasing their risk of numerous diseases and illnesses. The preschool will educate approximately 25-35 children age ranging from 3-6 years in addition to serving as church for Sunday services.
We Need your Support!
The Baolong School Project will cost approximately $15,000. This will include cost of materials, labor, set up costs, meal programs and first year operating expenses. We need your help to bring this project to a reality.

Cambodia Mission Trip
March 7-16, 2014
With the success of our inaugural mission trip to Tanzania last year, the HSICF decided to make it an annual experience for our supporters and friends. This year, we are taking a group to Cambodia so our supporters can put a face to our cause. We will be visiting the two schools we are currently supporting in addition to help complete the build of our new school. And yes, there will be a couple of days to relax and explore the city.
