HUD Issues New FAQs for the FY 2013 - FY 2014 CoC Program Competition Application

HUD has published the following new FY 2013 - FY 2014 CoC Program Competition Application Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the OneCPD Resource Exchange:

Q. Some of the NEW FY 2012-funded projects listed on my HUD-approved Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) did not go to grant agreement by December 31, 2013. How do I calculate my revised Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) amount for the FY 2013 funds?

Q. What is the maximum amount of CoC planning costs for which a Collaborative Applicant can apply?

Q. The instructions for question 2D-2 in the FY 2013 - FY 2014 CoC Application asks for the Collaborative Applicant to report on records with no value and where value is refused or unknown, however the table in e-snaps does not have a column for reporting on the refused or unknown values. How should the Collaborative Applicant complete 2D-2 in order to get all points associated with this question in the FY 2013 - FY 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA?

Q. My CoC wants to reallocate funds from an existing renewal project to create a new rapid re-housing project for homeless households with children. However, on form 3E in the FY 2013/FY 2014 CoC Application, when I selected “yes” to question 3E-2 but “no” to question 3E-1, the remaining reallocation forms were not made visible to me. Please advise.
