Wow, the start of another year. I don't know about you but I'm feeling really excited about 2014, I guess it has a lot to do with being refreshed after a fabulous break over the Christmas period. I'm focused on my goals for the year and excited about the direction I'm headed in. Did you get a chance to do some goal setting of your own? If you didn't, there's always today. Goals give you direction and a sense of purpose. Some people aren't goal oriented and that's fine too. Do what works for you.

A big hello to all our new members who joined us over the holiday period. Welcome.

This week we offer styling tips for small busted women, we look at reviewing and refreshing your wardrobe, share some tried and proven tips to help you achieve your goals, answer a member question about what to wear to four weddings when you're on a tight budget and of course our popular 'tip of the week'.

We're making a wee change to the way we release our articles. Last year, we released them once a week and communicated it through our emails. This year, we'll add new blogs to our website every few days, and post them on Facebook. We'll still send out our weekly email but this will be to capture all that we've shared throughout the week, and any other news.

 

Another key change is that this year we will be doing one makeover at a time, one every three weeks. Our first makeover is with Kathi, 30. Kathi has lost an incredible 67 kgs, and is still counting!! Her story and her makeover coming later next month (we've just got to wait for all the new yummy clothes to arrive in stores).

 

We hope you're taking advantage of all the great sales that are on at the moment. Use this opportunity to purchase items for this summer, which still has lots of time to run (or begin in the case of some parts of NZ!), and also smart buying now will serve you well for next summer and beyond. It's also a great opportunity to buy from stores you'd otherwise consider too expensive. But whatever you do, don't buy just because it's a bargain, it has to be right and you have to LOVE what you are about to buy, and we do mean LOVE.
