Quick 10-question survey
We know you already have a lot of tasks in order to get ready for Phase 1 so will keep today simple. We've creating a brief 10-question survey that will help us to asses the goals, eating and cooking habits of the group as a whole. If you could take a few minutes to fill it out this will help us to customize the program to the group's needs.
