Don't forget - the CoC Consolidated Application is due today! Only 10 hours and counting until the deadline!
Applications must be submitted in e-snaps TODAY by 7:59:59 PM ET Monday, February 3, 2014. Both the CoC Application AND the CoC Priority Listings must be submitted in e-snaps prior to the application deadline.
As of 10:00 am ET Today, February 3, 2014, out of a total of 416 expected CoC Consolidated Applications, HUD has received:
- 267 CoC Applications - 64 percent
- 291 CoC Priority Listings - 70 percent
- 267 Collaborative Applicants have submitted both the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listings - 64 percent
See Section VI.B.1.d. of the FY 2013 - FY 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA that states in part: “The CoC Priority Listings are a separate submission; therefore, CoCs must ensure that the FY 2013/FY 2014 CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listings, along with the applicable Project Applications, are submitted in e-snaps prior to the application deadline.”

TODAY, Monday, February 3, 2014, 7:59:59 p.m., Eastern Time. Please allow ample time to complete your CoC Consolidated Application and
DO NOT wait until the last minute to submit. HUD strongly recommends that CoCs submit their applications
at least 24-48 hours before the deadline.

Ask A Question (AAQ) portal.
As of Friday, January 31, 2014, the AAQ is only responding to emergency technical support questions up to the competition deadline of today, Monday, February 3, 2014, 2013 7:59:59 p.m., Eastern Time.
HUD is no longer responding to application and NOFA questions submitted to the AAQ which include clarifying questions, related to the FY 2013 CoC Program Competition applications, CoC Priority Listings, or FY 2013 – FY 2014 CoC Program Competition NOFA. The deadline for submitting these types of questions was last Wednesday, January 29, 2014 as stated in previous listserv messages.
