Salata, a self-described next generation salad bar concept, is putting roots down in CITYCENTRE with a new, soon-to-open location on Sorella Court. Salata earns regular raves for its fresh ingredients that allow guests to customize the perfect salad or wrap each and every visit. Diners direct the composition of their dishes starting with four lettuce options and continuing with veggies and toppings, a medley of dressings and a smorgasbord of optional proteins. If you’re still feeling peckish, there are a number of tasty soups and desserts, as well as a Greek yogurt bar.

CITYCENTRE FIVE will start taking shape this month with groundbreaking on the district’s northern gateway adjacent to The Tasting Room.  The fifteen-story, Class A office building will incorporate a parking garage and feature 200,000 square feet of office plus ground floor restaurant and retail space.  Three floors of the office component will boast 20-foot ceilings.
