Rooted in the 1999 Ethnic Studies Strike and Agreement, the Multicultural Community Center has had a dynamic history of struggle, student-visioning and vibrant programming in the decade since. Today, the MCC exists as a multipurpose community center where you will find people studying, meeting, engaging in critical dialogue and taking part in various student and community programming.

The MCC is excited to welcome you all to our first MCC E-Newsletter!

By transitioning to an electronic newsletter, we hope to keep in touch with all of you on a more regular basis.  Our intention is that this format will be more sustainable and will help get the word out about all the great programs, projects and events happening everyday in the MCC.   Please feel free to forward this email to anyone who you think might be interested in receiving our newsletter in the future.

This bi-monthly E-Newsletter will keep you up to date on all MCC happenings, as well as share informaiton about exciting events across campus and beyond.

So make sure to keep an eye out for our E-Newsletter and come visit us at our temporary space in Hearst Field Annex D-37.

The MCC is now looking for artists seeking to be apart of this year's NOCR! all you need is an image that embodies the values of Rootedness, Resiliency, Solidarity, and Creativity.
