Symptom Tracking
The diet you are about to begin will help you to determine if some of your symptoms are intensified or created entirely by the food that you're eating. Over the next couple of days start thinking about symptoms that you have either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
I've put together a Symptom Journal which you'll be using in conjunction with the diet. This will help you to assess whether or not you're seeing improvements and if a food that you add back into your diet causes a flareup in symptoms.
Once you assess your symptoms, print out the
Symptom Journal and follow fill in your symptoms at the top of page 1 of the PDF.
