Day & Time Change for TD Retro Mini-Event

 
Due to feedback from some Adventurers' Guild members who could not attend on Friday night, we are moving all the True Dungeon Retro Mini-Event run times from Friday night to Saturday afternoon.  All of those slots will now start between 2:00pm and 4:00pm (end by 5:00pm).  The True Grind events scheduled for Saturday night will not have their time changed.  In about a week (as soon as we get the token pre-orders mailed out), everyone will be emailed their Who's Yer Con schedule.

Token Trading VIP Lounge Added for Friday Night

To say thank you for all the great support from our AG members, we are hosting a fun themed "Token Trading Party & VIP Lounge" on Friday night from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.  This VIP room will have a TD theme, and it will be open to anyone with a AG member badge.  Inside there will be tables for gaming and token trading, and we will be serving free sodas (and hot pizza at the top of the hour).  This will be a great chance for the TD Token Community to gather, hang out, trade some tokens and even do some gaming in a cool themed space.

Token Transmuting Room Time Change:  The Token Transmuting Room will also remain open from 4pm to 10pm on Friday night, so you can also use the AG VIP Lounge as a place to prepare your transmuted orders.  The Token Transmuting Room is a hotel room near the front of the hotel where you can drop off Transmuted orders for later pick up.  This room will also be open on Saturday from 10am to 6pm, as well as 10am to 2pm on Sunday.
 

 

Update on Token Pre-Order Shipment

The tokens have been delayed arriving here to True Dungeon HQ, but our latest information allows us to make this prediction.  We should have all the token pre-orders mailed out by Tuesday, so most people will be getting their tokens by Wednesday or Thursday.  Thank you for your patience and support!
 

Do Not Forget about the True Dungeon Seminar on Saturday from 11am to 1pm!

This will be your chance to meet the senior volunteers that bring you the TD event.  Creator Jeff Martin will host the event, and it will be your chance to help shape the 2014 event as various event options will be discussed and debated.  The free event is from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday in the theater located in the main lobby.
