The ImpressCMS
Monthly Newsletter

The July overview

Hello <<Username>>,
There has been lots of exciting news this last month. I have the impression everyone is using the extra free time during the summer holiday period to do cool things with ImpressCMS.

We have the ImpressCMS 1.2.2 security release, our first ImpressCMS 1.3
web seminar, ImpressCMS featured on the Microsoft Web App gallery and several new module releases.

Security Release
ImpressCMS 1.2.2 was released on July 16th as a result of a security weakness being found in an external library (CSSTidy). The file concerned was not used by ImpressCMS, and has been removed in release 1.2.2.
Please consider upgrading to this release as soon as possible, either by applying the manual fix, or upgrading to version 1.2.2. (more ...)
