Now that you've added back a food or a food group you have the job of paying very close attention to your body. A food sensitivity can show up in a form of a symptom anywhere in your body hours to days after eating it. Be sure to keep track of what you added back yesterday on your Symptom Journal and note any negative changes you may have had yesterday, today or beyond. If you notice a problem stop eating that food.

It's up to you at how often you'd like to add foods back. If you have a suspicion that a food causes a problem add it alone and give it several days. The diet was designed such that the earlier phases have the foods that are least likely to cause a problem.
