North Shore Food Charter Presentation:
School District of North Vancouver

The North Shore Food Charter will be presented to the North Vancouver School District on;

February 18th, 7pm

North Van School District
Mountain View Room, 5th Floor,
Education Services Centre
2121 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver MAP

Table Matters formally introduced the charter to local government at the North Shore Congress in November of 2013.  In follow up, the Charter will be presented for endorsement, not only to municipal councils, but to all local elected and appointed leaders.

The food charter is a key policy tool for advancing food security.  When a municipal food charter is endorsed by local governments, municipal staff will then have a mandate to support communities in working towards food security.

Please come out to show your support on the 18th.  Anyone is welcome to attend and show support for the Charter by simply being present.

Please visit, for more information on the North Shore Food Charter.
