Highly Sensitive Person Workshop: Holistic Tips & Strategies for Living Life With Ease

Are you tired of feeling like an emotional ping pong ball? Do people tell you to stop being so sensitive or to quit taking things so personally? Do you wish you could tame your mean inner voice and stop trying to please everyone around you? Then this workshop is for you. Join me, Terri Spaulding, as I share holistic strategies designed to help you:

  • take back your personal power

  • feel an inner sense of peace and calm

  • begin living free from anxiety, stress and self-criticism

  • find focus and forward motion for your life

Being a highly sensitive person is not a bad thing, and does not mean you are weak or that you cry a lot. It actually means you have a unique ability to process the world through all your senses and to experience life deeply. Because HSP's are constantly absorbing energies from the world around them, they can be more susceptible to anxiety, fatigue, and depression. Accepting and acknowledging your sensitivity allows you to take a drivers seat to your own well being and keep your positive energy levels high.

Although all HSP's share some common traits, no two are created equally; which is why some people never even realize they are sensitive. Understanding that you are not alone in the way you think and experience the world can be comforting. In this small interactive workshop expect to learn more about highly sensitive person characteristics and holistic strategies that will help empower you to start flourishing in a "noisy" world. One of the best ways to get ideas for moving forward is from the experiences of like-minded others, so please come ready to contribute, ask questions, share strategies, dig into your uniqueness and learn.
