Wolf Day Feb 27th Rally 3-4 pm, MN Capitol
View this email in your browser

Dear wolf advocate,

On Thursday, hundreds of wolf advocates from across Minnesota will converge on the State Capitol in St. Paul. This is our opportunity to be ambassadors for the wolf. Many will meet with their elected officials and will ask them for better stewardship of Minnesota’s wolves. From 3 to 4 pm we will gather in the Capitol Rotunda for speeches and the Wolf Day rally. The rally will start with a special video message from Jane Goodall, United Nations Messenger of Peace.

Here is the list of Wolf Day rally speakers.

Please come and show our Minnesota legislators that we want better treatment of gray wolves than “management” in the form of a recreational hunting and trapping season. Extra T-shirts will be available on a first come basis and rally signs are ready for us to make a sea of messages to our legislators and to the press.

For those unable to attend Wolf Day, you can still play an important part. Understand that we put valuable resources into Wolf Day. Your contribution will directly support Wolf Day’s expenses. And going forward your support is needed to make the wolf’s survival a top of mind issue for our state legislators.

We plan to make the most of Wolf Day at the Capitol, and we ask that for those able to attend at the last minute to simply show up.  For those who can provide a contribution, please do it today
