Mobile Health Leads to Reduction in Hospital Readmissions

Mobile care coordination can help reduce hospital readmissions according to a report released by Healthcare Transformer Andrey Ostrovsky, MD, Founder and CEO of Care at Hand. The study, which was released at HIMSS14, shows a nearly 40% reduction in admissions among vulnerable elderly populations and hospital savings of over $500K!  Read the the whole report here.
