"How do you build more energy?"
I am often asked this question. My standard answer is Yoga: Pranayama, Bandha, Bhavana. But before I can get into any of these, I turn to all other wonderful ways we find and nurture energy in our lives.
Here is a list of activities that give us energy. This list is not all-inclusinve and was collected by me from all of my different students and friends. Mind you, some of these activities may sap your energy rather than give it.
