Kingdom People. What's it really about?
Kingdom People in the Diocese of Worcester

Robert JonesWhere do all our ministers come from?

They don’t just appear out of thin air, but are called out of the congregations and parishes of the Church.

How does God call the ministers he needs? Rather surprisingly He works through ordinary people like us, either by touching people’s hearts with a sense of their own calling, or using us to discern such gifts in other people.

So how do we develop a culture of vocation in our churches? What about your church? Are you encouraging the gifts of the people in your congregation?
