All jazzed up and ready to rock!
The energy and excitement is at a fever pitch in our great Southern Region after an inspiring Leadership Institute in New Orleans in February - We are Jazzed!
Why, you ask? Here are some highlights for you:
Inauguration of three new Southern Region awards: the Hall of Fame Award, Communicator of the Year Award, and Rising Star Award, now open for nominations!
Launch of BaSE, a Southern Region Experts and Events Bureau. This is a new benefit of membership for our SoReg experts, a new resource for our chapters seeking outstanding presenters, and new visibly for our top-notch communications professionals. BaSE is in it's final testing and should launch this month.
Establishment of a fabulous new Southern Region website that will be the best ever in terms of serving YOU, our treasured SoReg Members!
New outreach for our Members-at-Large! Stay tuned for better and more SoReg ‘love’ for our valued at-large membership in Southern Region.
Establishment of a new Southern Region Leaders LinkedIn Group – serving as an opportunity for discussions, feedback, insights and more for our great SoReg chapter leaders and their chapter members.
These efforts, and more to come, are aimed at meeting our overriding Southern Region goal of providing greater value to you. As always, we remain eager to hear from you regarding ways we may best accomplish that goal. As shared in our first SoReg News: In IABC Southern Region - You are family!
