Welcome to our Spring Edition
After the wettest winter on record, the sun has finally started to shine, the daffodils are out and Cornwall has never looked more beautiful.
Yes, I know we no longer have a railway to join Cornwall with the rest of the UK, but if you can get here by car, bus, plane or foot then we're very much open for business.
And it's definitely worth the trek - our garden is looking simply stunning, and if you get bored of our 6 acres then there's plenty more to see nearby. Trebah Garden is always worth a visit at this time of year, or simply take a stroll along one of our beautiful coastal footpaths. For more ideas, take a look at our '
what's on' page.
In the meantime, to give you a bit of inspiration, we've included some snaps of the garden (right) to get you into the spirit of springtime!
Should we do Camping Holidays?
We've been having a bit of an in-house debate about whether we should offer camping facilities within our grounds.
As you know, we have a beautiful and very large garden, and we're thinking about installing toilet and shower blocks and offering a dedicated space for campers.
But before we go all out with the DIY, we wanted to have your opinion. If you think this is something that you would like, or if you have any ideas or suggestions, please email us at
reception@trengilly.co.uk.
We look forward to your input!
Steak and Kidney Pudding...
...get them before they're gone!
The last two of our famous Steak and Kidney Pudding nights are taking place on Wednesday 5th March and Wednesday 2nd April.
After that they'll be off the menu until next winter - so make sure you grab yours while you've got the chance! They're not famous for nothing, you know.
Best wishes,
The Trengilly Team x
