LEARN HOW TO SWIM!
Are you one of the 37 percent of adults who can't swim the length of a pool? Guess what? It's NEVER too late to learn how to swim. Our friends at US Masters Swimming have declared April Adult Learn-to-Swim Month and they want to help YOU learn this life-saving skill. We were thrilled to help them out on this project by bringing swimming legend Rowdy Gaines into our studios to tape a PSA about the importance of learning to swim.
Click below to see the finished project and to find adult learn-to-swim lessons in your area. As we've discovered, swimming is a sport that can keep you active well into your 90s and beyond. Swim on!
