FPC - Costa Rica Opens!
Praise God, Faith Promise Church – Costa Rica, the first international campus, opened on March 9, 2014 and we were able to attend. The grand opening will be March 30, 2014 when Pastor Chris and Michele and others will be leading the service. Please pray for FPC – Costa Rica and for Pastor Edier Valverde. We believe Canas, Costa Rica and the surrounding areas will never be the same again. (For more photos, please see our Facebook page.)
OEM Leadership Training
God also continues to open up universities and schools for OEM. On March 5th, we started in two Universities with 20 hour courses in “Leadership”. Our “Schools on Purpose” continues to reach sixth graders in and around Comayagua. Next month we will begin our third year of providing Parasite medicine for school children and others.
Bible Initiative
OEM is also excited about our “Bible Initiative” program which we used first with the National Police and shared the gospel with them. Thank you Lifeway for providing these Bibles. We hope to have enough Bibles to distribute to many areas across Honduras, including Comayagua, La Paz and Tegucigalpa.
- Please continue to pray for our Feeding program which is short on funds. Remember we feed approximately 125 hungry and needy children each day.
- Remember to pray for our children at Home of Hope who are so sweet and with your help are well cared for.
