Gluten-free Storage Suggestion

Gluten-free baked goods don't age as well as those made with gluten-containing grains. This is just the nature of the ingredients. This is why my mom chose to make smaller batches for the muffins.

When you make a batch of muffins or a quick bread, we suggest that you store them in the refrigerator. When you are ready to eat them, heat them for a minute or two in the oven or for a few seconds in the microwave if you have one (I don't:). This will help bring back some of its original texture and flavor.

We also suggest that you store baked goods in the refrigerator to extend the shelf life since none of the recipes have preservatives.
