Our Quarterly Meeting is tomorrow (Saturday)! We have three main objectives during this meeting. Bring a snack to share and some ideas for events to do.
After the meeting, if we have time, we may watch some of the new Star Trek stuff that is coming out. It's going to be a good time.
Plan the Next Quarter
These meetings are where we get together to discuss what events we want to do over the next three to four months.
Bring up an idea, and if it is well received by the group we will put it on the calendar.
Typical events in the past have included: Hiking, Bowling, Mini Golf, Movie Cinema, Game Days, Shooting Range, Grill out, Ren Faire.
Pretty much whatever you can think of. Bring some ideas, check out what events are going on in the area and bring the details with you on Saturday.
Award Certificates
This weekend we will be giving out several award certificates to people who have put forth a noticable effort towards the group.
Crew Promotions
Crew members who have achieved certain objectives are promoted during the quarterly meeting. This time around we have three (3) people who are being promoted!
