This Weeks Recipe 078 - Fish with Cheese and Cider

This recipe is a variation on one I found in a recent recipe book I bought. The recipe book is The Moody Owners Association Anniversary Cookbook.

You can use this method to cook many types of fish and although I used Hake, Pollack, Cod or even Coley could be used.

You will need a Mr D's Top Pot for your cooker to do make this recipe.
