Random Thoughts

Hello. I have a bunch of random thoughts to share today.
  • We suggest that you start preparing sauces and pantry items this week so that you'll have them on hand when a recipe calls for one of these recipes.
     
  • We are hearing from Challenge participants that they are surprised to be discovering food sensitivities. Keep in mind that food sensitivities are more common than most people think. So be extra careful adding foods back and watch your body closely.
     
  • I have just tested a wonderful new recipe that my mom recently developed. It is a Phase 3 roll and is really good! It's egg-free, dairy-free and gluten-free and super easy to make. It can be used as a sandwich roll or even a dinner roll. We hope to have it ready to share by next week.
     
  • Now that we are in Phase 3 it will be easier to find products that comply with the diet. I am compiling a list and will share that with you in an upcoming post.
