Watershed Hiking

Merrydale and Los Ranchitos

GWC's hike will explore the area above just the marsh, walking along the creeks that drain Los Ranchitos through the Meadows area. Meet at McInnis and Civic Center Drive for an easy and beautiful spring hike. Three ephemeral creeks from LR, running with our recent rains, join a larger tributary from the Golden Hinde area before entering the marsh near the proposed SMART station.

San Rafael/Sleepy Hollow Divide

Meet at the top of Freitas Parkway in Terra Linda for a tour of the Watershed Headlands with Hydrologist Rachel Kamman. Learn about the history of the land, developments that affected the water courses, and what the future could hold. This was one of our most popular and educational hikes last year--not to be missed! We will also be scouting for the elusive Easter Bunny :)

Hurry! Time is Running Out!
Last call to support our Indiegogo fundraising campaign and receive the first copies of Watershed: Music Inspired by the Place that Connects Us. We are nearly there--you could be the one to put us over the top! Ends March 23.

See You in the Watershed!
