Informal Tented Settlements of Syrian Refugees in Northern Governorates of Jordan: a Multi-sector Baseline Assessment
This report presents the results from an assessment carried out with the support of UNICEF in the northern governorates of Mafraq, Balqa and Irbid, in Jordan. The report underlines the subs-standard living conditions of Syrian refugee households and their lack or limited access to essential services. Read more.
The Effect of the Syrian Refugee Crisis on Stability and Resilience within Jordanian Host Communities: a Preliminary Impact Assessment
This report presents key findings from a preliminary impact assessment focused on drivers of tensions as well as resiliency and stability levels within Jordanian communities hosting Syrian refugees. REACH carried out this assessment in partnership with and support from UNHCR, UNICEF and the British Embassy in Amman. Read more.
South Sudan
Rapid Shelter Sector Assessment in Bor, Juba and TongPing displacement sites
The fact-sheets developped for the South Sudan Shelter Cluster provide key findings from the rapid shelter sector assessment carried out in displacement sites located in Bor, Juba and TongPing. The assessment focused mainly on the places of origin, the type of housing and the level of damage to the homes of displaced households, as well as their intentions in terms of return, relocation, and resettlement.
