Guidance on the 2014 Permit for Environmental Managers

It's official: on April 1 (no fooling), the State Water Resources Control Board adopted a new Storm Water Permit for industrial facilities, marking the first change in requirements in 17 years. The new requirements are more extensive and more technical, and the compliance pitfalls are more numerous as well as more consequential, but with timely attention to detail, facilities should be able to transition smoothly to the new permit.
