April is Jazz Appreciation Month - No Fooling!
When we think of jazz the first thing that comes to mind is New Orleans with its rich history of music and zesty food, which inspired us to high step into the kitchen and get creative with Sauce Goddess rubs. The first thought was to grab some seafood and fire-up the grill, but we found out the 12th of April is Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day! Who knew our favorite comfort food had a special day? So, in the spirit of the month we've whipped up three tasty gooey versions of the old tomato soup side kick and spiced them up with our famous rubs.
These recipes are great on gluten free bread because it doesn't get as soggy as traditional wheat breads. But, no matter what bread you use layering is the key.
