This light, slightly-sweet barrel-aged lager is the latest addition to their highly-acclaimed barrel-ageing project. Aged in casks from the renowned Speyside Distillery, Glenfarclas, a bottle of this will be just the ticket for a spring or summer evening. Best served at room temperature (or slightly chilled).

Local to us, Old Dairy Brewery, are gathering a fan base here and very popular around the locale here in Kent. Another brewery who are reaching out, and using different ingredients and processes to explore what beer can be, and their 500th Brew Aniversary Beer, that's Brett refermented old ale marking their 500th gyle, released in a celebrational case and strength, 11%, is really great (try with some cheeses, esp a mature cheddar). New to the range is an american pale ale, Sitting Bull.

Old Dairy Sitting Bull is a great American Pale Ale. The clever use of American hops provides an aromatic beer, which has lovely sweet edges of caramel and toffee. Old Diary Brewery tasting notes: "We have brewed this beer with Amarillo and one of the most exciting new American hops called X366. With the new addition of Cara and Crystal malts, we have created a beautifully bitter APA with notes of lychee, grapefruit and caramel."
