The Slow Cooked Pulled Chicken (page 217) is one of my favorite meals. It is meant to be served on the No Knead Whole-Grain Sandwich Thins (page 214) which makes it a Phase 4 meal.

I don't eat mine on any type of bread, roll or wrap, rather on the dish with cole slaw and some other vegetables, which makes it suitable for Phase 3.

It does call for 3 cups Spicy Ketchup (page 271). If you prefer not to make your ketchup for scratch, you can use an allowable packaged option like Honey Bunny's Bodacious Tomato Ketchup.
