Preparation, Presentation, Networking & Inspiration

March has been another month full of cold and snow, but also one of learning and getting ready for the months to come.
"There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure."
Inspiration comes in many forms and networking can provide information and excitement in a way nothing else does. As a recently selected member, I've been getting to know some of the members in Potomac Valley Watercolorists. The group is full of amazing talent and everyone I've met thus far is interesting and full of great artistic knowledge.
I continue to paint and frame for the Vale Arts Show in Oakton, VA in May. It will be a great show and I am honored to be one of the two guests artists.
As always, please visit nmdART.com to see my most recent work. Unless it is in a show, it is available for purchase.

Sue Archer
Potomac Valley Watercolorist brought Sue Archer to town for a workshop. Although I did not attend, I did get to watch a demo and hear her speak about her work. I picked up a few tips and enjoyed meeting her. It would have be a fun workshop!
