“Our Experience Managing Diabetes with a Low Carb Diet” shared by Carole Friend

Carole has used a low carb diet to manage her own Type 2 diabetes and her daughter's Type 1 diabetes for over 8 years. She has utilized these principles to improve overall blood sugar control. Read her blog here.

General Group Meeting Information:

T1DE will be focusing our group meetings for adults unlike our previous meeting formats. Children are welcome but no childcare or activities will be provided. We will instead be focusing our family events on the entire family to foster those all important peer/mentor relationships and above all have FUN!!!
