End Date: May 31st

Time: 8 am SHARP until approx 10 am



Workouts:

- Sit & reach

- Max Rep Pull up (scaled options available)

-1 mile Run

- For Time:
30-20-10 reps each of
Power Clean
 Wallball
 Burpee

 

 NO CROSSFIT CLASSES Saturday 4/26

PR Challenge from 8 am - 10 am

Open Gym for lifting and custom programming from  9 am - 11:00 am 


 


Thursday Endurance Class

4/24 - Regular CF Class this week.
