SALVE Essential Therapy Roll-Ons! A note from Dahlia
You've been asking us about essential oils for a while now. We've put a lot of thought into this and decided to start a line of aromatherapy roll-ons that can be used for therapy or natural perfume! While we are starting the line with 10 scents, we'll be growing this over time.
Use them individually or blend them together. Let me just say, blending them are phenomenal and the combinations are endless!! Start your very own collection or give them away as gifts!
Pure essential oils can be unsafe when applied directly on the skin. Each SALVE Essential Roll-On is blended for safety with certified organic sunflower seed oil and is 75%-100% organic. Here's a list of the SALVE Essential Therapy Roll-Ons we freshly hand-prepare.

Ingredients & Supplies:
3 Tbs SALVE Organic Atlantic Kelp
(from the Make Your Own Fresh Mask gift set)
2 Green tea tea bags
1/2 Tbs olive oil or coconut oil
1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar (optional, but so good)
3-4 Tbs cold water
4 drops SALVE melaleuca dropper oil (optional)
small bowl for mixing
1 stir stick/popsicle or chopstick
Directions:
Start by tearing open the tea bags and dumping the crushed green tea into a bowl. Add your kelp and blend well. Add remaining liquid ingredients adjusting the amount of water based on how thick you want your mask. If it becomes too watery, just wait a few minutes to let the water evaporate. Mix well and apply to face or body. Apply on skin by smoothing it evenly as much as possible. Kelp has a tendency to clump together so it will be almost impossible to make it all the same consistency when spreading it. The tea leaves will help. Allow it to sit on the face for about 10-20 minutes.
After your time is up, gently massage and exfoliate the skin using your fingers, in a scrubbing movement. Do this for about 5 minutes and rinse with cool water. Using a washcloth may be easier to remove remaining kelp from the pores. Creating the mask is optional. If you prefer, you can use this recipe only as a gentle facial or body scrub.

- Essential Oils to Avoid While Pregnant and Breastfeeding
Expectant and new moms are always careful to eat and do the right things to protect the health of their babies. We often take for granted that the many products we put on our body can affect the fetus and breast milk as well. This is because skin care product ingredients are absorbed instantly through our skin and directly into the blood stream impacting the health of both mommy and baby ... read more ...
- [CHAPTER 3] How do we accumulate toxins in our bodies?
Medication, while they are created to relieve symptoms of disease and not the source of the disease (just my personal opinion), they too can accumulate in your body. Not all medicine is harmful, and many are removed from the body through urination and elimination. People with rheumatoid arthritis, for example, or other diseases where a cocktail list of prescription medications is recommended over a long period of time, even years, may impact the ability of the body to function normally. Remember, medicines are chemicals, too. Really know what you’re putting ... read more ...
- [CHAPTER 5] What does “natural” mean?
Sadly, there is not a single organization within the United States in 2013 that certifies skin care products as “natural.” It’s simply left to the ethical discretion of the manufacturer. If you’ve met me or sat in one of my presentations, you’ll know that some major brand names are playing mind games with their ... read more ...
