Special Video Tribute To Pastors Obafaiye

I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As you are aware, the Pastor's Appreciation Week will be rounded up on Sunday 4th May, 2014 alongside our monthly Thanksgiving Service. The service shall be an avenue for us to celebrate Pastor Samuel & Pastor (Mrs) Anthonia Obafaiye.
In view of this, Brother Sam Edoho and I, had a discussion earlier today that it will be a good idea to put a tribute together in honour of these two wonderful people. It shall be a video presentation (as done during the Mother's Day, but more matured), where we shall extol the virtues of our Pastors.
We are sending you this email as a form of notification that you have been selected as one of the people to appear in the video recording. It shall be a two minutes 'window' for you to say what you feel about the Pastors as form of appreciation.
As we have other people lined up too, we shall appreciate if you write down and rehearse your presentation before the recording date so we can get our time allocation right and also make the editing easy for Brother Sam Edoho.
For the recording, we have two time slots (options) -
(1) Saturday (May 3rd, 2014) from 4.00pm to before the start of the Choir's rehearsal at 5pm. However, bearing in mind the Friday Night Vigil, we do not know how this will play out on attendance and punctuality.
(2) Sunday (May 4th, 2014) before Workers' Meeting. This, just like it says is a second option, as we do not want the Pastor or Pastor (Mrs) to have any idea of this tribute.
In other words, we will prefer everybody turning up on Saturday to do their recordings, so Brother Sam can edit (and package) before the service on Sunday.
Please kindly respond to this email to let us know your availability for the recording. We will appreciate if you can make time out on Saturday for the recording.
