Build a Guitar in 8 days

Guitar number 9 for this year just came out of the O'Brien Guitars workshop. This guitar was built in 8 days in a private guitar building class at my shop with a student from Michigan.
Once again the quality of the sound of this guitar blew me away! It is beautiful and would be referred to in baseball as a home run!
You may be asking, "Is it really possible to go from a box of lumber to a finished guitar in just 8 days?" Well, the answer is yes and it even includes a French polish finish! The materials are just a box of raw lumber. Nothing is pre-done except for the rosette! You have to do it all including thicknessing and bending the sides, bracing and voicing the top, carving the neck, etc. Emphasis is on hand tools. So, if you have ever wanted to learn to build your own guitar come and build it with me in my shop. Avoid costly mistakes and trying to "figure it out"on your own. I have personally helped hundreds of students build guitars and thousands others via my online guitar building courses. I am now taking reservations for my 2015 teaching schedule.
