We will be teaching an Intro to Slacklining workshop on Friday and a Slackro workshop on Saturday. Slackro takes the idea of playing on the slackline and turns it into Acro on humans. I know its been a while so thank you for still being there. We have a lot going on and a ton coming up. We are excited to have two workshops at Hanuman this year. The Intro to Slacklining is sold out and there are a few spaces left for the Slackro. I am also co - teaching a free community class on Friday morning from 8:30-10. It will be a energizing flow with a live DJ. Mia and I will also be teaching a free Acro workshop at prAna on Pearl Street on June 12th. Look out for more details on that. This summer is looking like it will be busy for us. We are joining the YogaSlackers crew at Wanderlust Aspen in July to teach some workshops and we will be making a guest appearance teaching Acro in Steamboat Springs during the SUP Festival. I am also leading a 200 hour teacher training at CorePower Yoga starting June 18th.
"It takes a village." I've heard it all my life and in the last seven weeks it has been my mantra. I am happy to announce that Mia and I have a happy healthy little baby girl. We named her Liana Meadow. She has been an unbelievable joy and love that is unknown except when you have a child. We have been showered with support whether its friends bringing us meals, assortments of hand me downs and of course the all important moral support. We feel so blessed to have a community around us that is so generous and kind.
