Prof. Erik Holst Fund Elections

CALL FOR CANDIDATURES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2014-2016

Dear IFMSA Alumni,

Three years have passed since the initiation of the IFMSA Alumni Jubilee Fund - now Prof. Erik Holst Fund - and major developments have been seen in strengthening the Fund's foundations and receiving the first donations from IFMSA Alumni all over the world. The Fund's bank account has been established and is up and running, the Fund's creation has been enshrined in the IFMSA official bylaws, our Facebook page has reached more than 200 fans already, and, last but not least, we even launched our official website recently, to be found at erikholstfund.com! As the first donations have been received, we are preparing the procedures for the first GA-attendees' scholarship(s) and the first local project micro-grant(s) to be given in 2015!

Now, it is time to move forward, as the term of this Board of Directors has come to an end. Back in 2011, when the Fund was first initiated in Copenhagen, Denmark, all IFMSA Alumni present at the Alumni Meeting there agreed that the term of the 1st Board would last for 3 years.

In August 2014, an election has to take place among all IFMSA Alumni and a new Board of Directors for the Prof. Erik Holst Fund will be elected for a normal 2-years' term 2014-2016.

Therefore, I would like hereby to officially OPEN the call for accepting candidatures for the
