DRGR Release 7.9 changed who has the ability to submit Quarterly Performance Reports (QPRs) and Action Plans. It is now a role to be requested, similar to the way a request to add the ability to create a voucher is done. If you do not see a Submit button on the QPR, then you currently do not have the ability to submit the QPR. If you are the one responsible for submitting QPRs in your organization and need this ability, have your Grantee Administrator or CPD Representative forward your request to DRGR_help@hud.gov. Please do this ASAP as the next QPR deadline is Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
