The IBF would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday, 4th June for a very special Health and Wellness Seminar, taking place at the World Class Health Academy. During this comprehensive seminar, one of the Czech Republic's best known personal trainers, Vladimir Korbel, will speak about diet and nutrition, training and body composition, and an overall plan for better health.
The seminar will begin with a healthy breakfast, and the opportunity to have your body composition read before the seminar begins, This is a simple, 5-minute test that can be done in either street or gym attire. As opposed to a bathroom scale, which only measures your mass overall, your body composition will tell you the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle that make up that mass. When you register for this event, please be sure to let us know if you would like to schedule your 5-minute body composition reading during the registration session.
Breakfast will be followed by Vladimir's presentation, and we will allow plenty of time for questions afterwards. At the end, you will be welcome to train, either individually or in a group with a professional instructor, and try out some of the things you have learned over the course of the morning.
Lockers and towels will be provided, free of charge, by the World Class Health Academy. Please be sure to let us know if you would like to take advantage of these training opportunities upon registration!
